FHPCA Visiting Academic Programme
The Visiting Academic Programme gave scholars the opportunity to work on their own research, and to collaborate with staff at EPCC and FHPCA members. The programme is now closed.

Engineering Doctorate
A collaboration of ISLI, the electronics industry and the universities of Edinburgh, Glasgow, Heriot-Watt and Strathclyde, the Engineering Doctorate (EngD) programme provides outstanding opportunities for fully-funded, high-level research based in industry.

Several fully-funded EngD places were offered by the FHPCA to companies of any size involved or interested in FPGA research, subject to certain qualifying conditions. Funding was provided by EPSRC and Scottish Enterprise.
